CUMULUS MEDIA Country WIWF/CHARLESTON, SC, kicks off its new Classic Hits 96.9 THE WOLF at 12p (ET) today with a brand-new format and website at www.969TheWolf.com. The station, formerly branded as NASH FM 96.9, had been stunting with Christmas music since NOVEMBER 19th (NET NEWS 11/19).
The initial playlist will include classics like QUEEN's “Another One Bites The Dust," THE POLICE's “Every Breath You Take," with big hits from BILLY JOEL, JOURNEY, PRINCE, BRYAN ADAMS, HALL & OATES, a-HA and BLONDIE, among other '70s and '80s hitmakers.
