MAINSTREET BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. is selling K269GQ/RATON, NM and K274CU/ALAMOSA, CO to MARSHALL D. MARTIN for $5,000.  The primary stations are Contemporary Christian KTDL/TRINIDAD, CO and Contemporary Christian KTML/SOUTH FORK, CO, respectively.

In other filings appearing in the FCC database TODAY, CHASE SPROSS has applied for an STA to operate KUIK-A/HILLSBORO-PORTLAND, OR in nighttime mode during daytime due to a stuck phasing relay system.

BOYNTON LOW POWER BROADCASTING, INC. has filed for a Silent STA for low-power WBFC-LP/BOYNTON, GA while it moves.

And AUGUSTANA COLLEGE has requested an extension of its Silent STA for K289BI/DAVENPORT, IA while it constructs new facilities.

ALL IN ONE INVESTMENT GROUP LLC has been issued a Notice of Unlicensed Operation for an alleged pirate station on 98.5 FM in HALLANDALE BEACH, FL.

In a deal yet to be filed with the FCC, RADIO PARTNERS, LLC is selling Classic Hits WRRN (92 GOLD) and News-Talk WNAE-A-W244DY (NEWS TALK 96.7 FM)/WARREN, PA and Country WKNB (KINZUA COUNTRY 104.3)/CLARENDON, PA to LILLY BROADCASTING for an undisclosed price. A previous sale of the stations to LAUREL MEDIA, INC. for $1 million in 2017 never closed. LILLY owns CBS affiliate WSEE-TV-CW affiliate WSEE-DT2 (THE CW ERIE)/ERIE and operates SJL BROADCASTING's NBC affiliate WICU-TV via a Shared Services Agreement.
