Brigade Buys Stock
Several sources are reporting BRIGADE CAPITAL has purchased a block of CUMULUS MEDIA stock, increased its stake in the stock by 8.31 % for 2,319,044 shares.
The purchases of CUMULUS Class A stock reportedly occurred at prices between $10.48 and $11.00 a share, and in blocks of 31,000 and 54,000 shares.
BRIGADE filed with the SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION that it now holds about a 17% position, of close to 3 million shares.
