Kids To College
MOMENTUM BROADCASTING's VISALIA-TULARE, CA cluster teamed up with the G FOR KIDS FOUNDATION and the VISALIA unified school district to host their first annual "Kids To College Project Dinner And Auction." The auction items, from LUKE BRYAN, SELENA GOMEZ, BRAD PAISLEY, RANDY HOUSER, GEORGE STRAIT, KACEY MUSGRAVES and others, contributed to the benefit event's fundraising total of $83,000.
Country KJUG, Top 40 KCRZ (HiTZ 104.9), Classic Rock KIOO and AC KVMI (MY 97.5) all participated. During the next school year, the stations will be taking 1,000 young students and their parents to college campuses in California.
